Theoly & Co Private Limited (“Theoly”, “we”) is preparing to launch. Right now this website does two things: it lets you join our launch list, and it lets you write to us. This page explains what that means for your information.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the launch list.
• Your name, email and message, if you write to us.
• Basic, anonymous usage data (such as which pages are visited) to keep the site working well.

How we use it

• To tell you when Theoly launches. One email at launch, and nothing else unless you ask for it.
• To reply to your message.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this site and send email, and only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@theoly.co. Every email we send will also include a way to stop hearing from us.

When we launch

Once our store opens, this policy will be updated to cover orders, payments and delivery before any of that information is collected.
