2. I placed an order through theoly.com, will it still arrive?
All your orders will arrive to you within the predicted time. Every time you place an order with us, you will receive your tracking information along with the estimated delivery time Your order is meant to be delivered on the delivery date or even before that. Please note that due to COVID-19, you may experience longer than normal transit times for your order but we are working closely with our courier services and and monitoring the situation regularly. You will always be up-to date via our order tracking services.
We can confirm that we are still shipping to all the domestic states unless your state regulations obligate us not to. Please check with state guidelines before placing your order.
3. Is the package safe to open amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic?
We do take this pandemic seriously, hence we are taking all the precautions to keep our employees and customer safe. Our quality and safety procedures include social distancing, sanitisation and handling the deliveries with required protective gear. We are following all set guidelines by the government and practicing all measures.
In addition, we have been actively protecting our symptomatic/asymptomatic employees and the workplace by offering them with a paid leave to give them time to recover. We are continuously working to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our employees and our products.
Hence, it is safe to open your package, we have taken all necessary measures from our end but we would suggest you to sanitise the delivery yourself. As per WHO, the likelihood of an infected person contaminating your parcel is low and the risk of catching the virus a package that has been moved and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also very low.
